Terms of Service

Using the site:

  1. These regulations and terms of use constitute a binding agreement between you, whether as an individual or on behalf of a corporation (“You“), and the site regarding browsing and use of the site on any computer or communication device, such as a mobile phone, tablet, etc. They also apply to the use of the site, whether accessed through the internet, any other network, or means of communication, including access via phone, application, or any other method. Read the regulations and terms of use carefully, as browsing the site and performing actions on it indicate your agreement to the terms included in these regulations and terms of use (the “regulations“).
  2. In the event of any contradiction between these regulations and their translation into another language, the Hebrew version shall prevail in all legal matters, questions of interpretation, or otherwise.
  3. The site reserves the right to change the terms of the regulations, from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. We will give notification of changes to the regulations by updating the ‘Last Update’ date within the regulations, and you waive any right to receive additional notice of such changes.
  4. Purchases on the site are intended for individuals with legal capacity aged 18 and over only. 
  5. What is stated in the regulations refers equally to both genders and the use of feminine and/or
  6. masculine form is merely a matter of convenience.


Delivery Policy (Shipments)

  1. The site will ensure delivery of an order placed on the site to the customer’s address as entered at the time of purchase and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties at the time the order is placed.
  2. Orders within Israel and internationally will be processed and delivered according to the following schedules:
    1. Up to 18 business days by home delivery;
    2. Self-collection by prior arrangement.
  3. “Business day” – Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed. 
  4. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. Delivery costs may be updated from time to time as specified at the time the order is placed on the website.
  5. The site may set a minimum order amount.
  6. If a product ordered on the site is out of stock, the site will notify the customer. If the customer is not available, the site will send the order without the missing product.
  7. If the customer is not present at home at the prearranged time of the courier’s arrival, the order will be returned and reshipped once the customer pays additional delivery fees.
  8. Order fulfillment will be possible subject to the following conditions:
    1. There is reasonable access to the delivery location;
    2. If the destination is an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that requires special permission for entry and/or lacks standard street and house numbering, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point at that location.
  9. The site shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, or failure in delivery caused by:
    1.  Force majeure and/or events beyond the site’s control;
    2. Reasons related to the courier company;
    3. During holiday periods and/or the lead-up to holidays, including November–December when online shopping events occur;
    4. Closure of the economy in a way that impacts the activity of the site and/or its suppliers and/or service providers, for any reason.


Warranty and Product Return Policy

  • A refund is available only for jewelry purchases up to NIS 3,000, and only within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Upon presentation of an invoice, exchange note, or any proof of the transaction, specifying the amount paid and the method of payment.
  • The refund will be made according to the payment method used in that transaction.
  • The cancellation fee is 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
  • For credit card payments, a processing fee will apply for transactions with ­five or more installments.
  • Every jewelry exchange is subject to an inspection in the laboratory for approval.
  • The right of cancellation does not apply to products made specifically for the customer by special order, items tailored to the customer’s size, wedding ring orders, or items set with the customer’s stones.
  • The product must be returned or exchanged in its original packaging, with neither damage nor signs of use.
  • The company reserves the right to send the product for inspection. If there is a label on the jewelry, it must be returned with the original label intact.
  • For jewelry purchased at an amount exceeding NIS 3,000, or in any case of a return outside the aforesaid conditions, you may return the product for a credit certificate or exchange it for another item.
  • Jewelry­ within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:
  1. The product must be returned or exchanged in its original packaging, with neither damage nor signs of use.
  2. The company reserves the right to send the product for inspection.
  3. Products made to order­, including special orders, custom sizing, wedding rings, and/or stone settings, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Store credit cannot be used for purchasing items on special promotions or in the SALE section.
  • There is no doubling of promotions in any case.
  • In all cases, the company reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange and/or upgrade based on the findings of the laboratory inspection.


Warranty

  • Warranty on the purchase of the company’s jewelry is for a period of One year only. Except for cases detailed in the following:
  • If a side stone of the jewelry falls (usually a stone up to 0.05 ct), the company will set it for free.
  • There is no liability for loss or theft of the product (it is recommended to insure jewelry with companies specializing in such coverage).
  • In any case of a defect as described, the company will repair the product at its discretion. If, after inspection, it is determined that the defect is not covered by the warranty but can be repaired, the repair will be offered for a fee.
  • The warranty does not include natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper use and care, accident and/or deliberate damage.
  • Additionally, the warranty does not cover products that have been repaired in any way by someone other than the company’s service team.
  • There is no liability for product loss or theft .
