From the moment the order is placed, we begin the meticulous and precise manufacturing process. Once completed, the jewelry is packaged and  sent through a shipping company that delivers it right to your doorstep. This entire process takes up to 12 business days from the time of order.

The best way to find your ring size is to measure your finger at our store or at any jewelry store. If it’s a gift, it’s helpful to bring another ring to measure on a sizing rod, available at any jewelry store. If that’s not possible, there are also apps that can assist.

We offer a lifetime warranty on our diamond-studded jewelry. The warranty includes
 size adjustments if needed.
Lifetime cleaning and ring renewal.

If a side diamond (up to 0.02 carats) falls out, we will reset it free of charge.
We are committed to quality and professional service at every step and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

What is not covered:
There is no warranty for the loss of the ring, of course (it should be insured through an insurance company).
There is no warranty if the central diamond falls out and is lost, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase. Even if only a day or a month has passed, there is no warranty if the central diamond is lost.

A refund is available only for jewelry purchases up to NIS 3,000, and only within 48
hours of purchase.
A refund will be processed upon presentation of an invoice, bill of exchange, or any proof of transaction, specifying the amount paid and the payment method.
The refund will be issued according to the original payment method.

The cancellation fee is 5% of the transaction amount or 100 Nis, whichever is lower.

For credit card payments, a processing fee will apply for transactions with ­five or more installments.

The cancellation policy does not apply to products made specifically for the customer by special order, items tailored to the customer’s size, wedding ring orders, or items set with the customer’s stones.

The product must be returned or exchanged in its original packaging, with neither damage nor signs of use. The company reserves the right to send the product for inspection. If there is a label on the jewelry, it must be returned with the original label intact.

For jewelry purchased at an amount exceeding NIS 3,000, or in any case of a return outside the aforesaid conditions, you may return the product for a credit certificate or exchange it for another item. Jewelry­ within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

Products made to order, including special orders­, custom sizing, wedding rings, and custom stone settings, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes, we primarily work with and set natural diamonds; however, we can easily substitute them with lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, or other requested materials, thus significantly reducing costs in many cases.

Every piece of jewelry set with diamonds and/or gemstones comes with a certificate and a full valuation for insurance purposes, providing both us and our customers with peace of mind.
